MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING FOR EQUESTRIAN RIDERS

You Used to Ride Without Thinking. Let's Get That Back.

Something changed and you feel it every time you get on. The confidence that used to just be there takes more effort now. You're still the same rider with the same ability, but your mind isn't letting your body do what it knows how to do. That part can be fixed.

  • Get back to riding on feel instead of overthinking every stride
  • Show up the way you used to, not wound up before you even tack up
  • Carry your best rides into competition instead of leaving them at home
  • Trust the partnership with your horse again

IT'S NOT ABOUT MORE LESSONS

You've Been Riding for Years. The Missing Piece Isn't Your Skill.

You know how to ride. You've been doing this long enough that your body knows what to do. But somewhere along the way, something got in the way of that. Maybe you second guess yourself now in situations that never used to bother you. Maybe you've just lost that easy feeling you used to have. More lessons won't fix that. This is structured mental performance training that helps you get back to enjoying the ride and trusting yourself in the saddle again.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH:

Tools You Can Actually Use. On Your Own Time, At Your Own Pace.

Nobody's going to ask you to talk about your feelings or sit through something uncomfortable. You start with personalized audio sessions built specifically for you and what you're dealing with. Listen on your own time, at the barn, in your car, wherever feels right. One on one coaching is there when you want it, but there's no pressure to start there.

  • Custom audio sessions tailored to your specific situation, not generic relaxation tracks
  • Get back to enjoying your time at the barn instead of dreading certain rides
  • A way to quiet the nerves before you get on, not just push through them
  • Work at your own pace with zero pressure to do more than you're comfortable with

MEET YOUR MENTAL TOUGHNESS PARTNER

Tom Mulryne Has Spent Over a Decade Helping People Perform When It Matters Most.

Tom is a lifelong athlete, a father of three, a grandfather of five, and a performance coach based in Central New Jersey. He's spent over a decade helping people get past the mental blocks that hold them back. He works with riders, athletes, and anyone who knows they're capable of more but can't seem to get there when it counts. Most of his equestrian clients start with custom audio sessions before ever booking a call, and that's perfectly fine with him.

  • Over a decade of experience helping athletes
  • Lifelong athlete who understands what it actually feels like to compete
  • Personalized audio sessions and one on one coaching built around your specific game
  • Working with players all over North America

HOW IT WORKS

Nothing Complicated. Nothing Strange. Just a Simple Place to Start.

There are two ways to get going and both are completely low pressure. If you'd like to talk first, book a free intro call. Tom will ask about your riding, what's changed, and what you'd like to feel like again. If you're not quite ready for a conversation, you can order a custom audio session instead. You'll fill out a short questionnaire about your situation and Tom builds something specifically for you. Most riders listen at the barn or in the car before a ride. Either way, you go at your own speed.

  • Book a free call to talk it through, ask whatever you want, and see if it feels right
  • Or start with a custom audio session you can listen to privately, on your own schedule
  • Coaching is always there if and when you want it, but nobody's pushing you toward it

THE MISSING PIECE

You've Tried Everything Except the One Thing That Would Actually Help.

You've had lessons. You've worked with trainers. You've spent more on your horse. And all of that matters, but none of it touches the thing that tightens up the moment you swing your leg over. The part nobody really talks about at the barn. That quiet voice that used to not be there. That's not a riding problem. And it's not something more saddle time is going to fix.

  • Your ability hasn't gone anywhere. Something else got in the way and it can be addressed.
  • Custom audio sessions and coaching designed specifically for riders like you
  • Fits right alongside the work you're already doing with your trainer
  • No sign ups, no big commitments. A free call or a custom audio is all it takes to start.

FAQ

Questions Riders Ask
Before Getting Started

This is something most people haven't come across before. Completely understandable. Here's what usually comes up.

What exactly are the audio sessions?

They're personalized recordings Tom builds just for you, based on what's been going on with your riding. You listen whenever it's convenient. At the barn before you tack up, in your car on the way there, at home in the evening. Think of them as a way to settle your mind before you ever get in the saddle. They're built around your situation, not something pulled off a shelf.

I've been riding for decades. Will this actually work for someone my age?

Most of the riders Tom works with are experienced adults, many of them 50 and older. This isn't about learning something new. It's about getting back to a version of riding that used to come naturally. Age has nothing to do with it. If anything, your experience is an advantage because you already know what good riding feels like. You just need the mental side to catch up.

Do I have to get on a video call or can I just do the audios?

Totally up to you. A lot of riders prefer to start with just the audio sessions and that's perfectly fine. There's no requirement to ever get on a call. If you decide you'd like to talk things through at some point, that option is always there, but nobody is going to push you into it.

How long before I start noticing something different?

Most riders feel a shift within the first couple of weeks. It's not overnight, but it's also not months and months of work before anything changes. You'll likely notice small things first, a calmer drive to the barn, less tension when you're getting ready, a ride where you realize you weren't overthinking the whole time.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Take the First Step Whenever It Feels Right.

Tom works with riders all over North America through custom audio sessions and video calls. You don't need to be in New Jersey and you don't need to rearrange your schedule around anything. If you want to talk first, book a free intro call. If you'd rather start privately, order a custom audio and Tom will build it around your riding. Either way, no pressure. No commitment. Just a simple place to start.
